Victoria (Tori) Sterling (She/They) is a New York and Los Angeles based Costume Designer, Costume Maker, Exhibition Display Consultant, and Illustrator with a Bachelor's of Fine Arts in Costume Design and Technology from Mason Gross School of the Arts at Rutgers University.
Tori is the resident Costume Designer for Disney/ABC's LIVE with Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos overseeing multiple special episodes throughout the year.
Tori specializes in costumes for highly stylized film, television, photoshoots, music videos, and tours. She is uniquely trained with a strong background in lingerie and swimwear, while also boasting proficiency in thermoplastics and foam construction, leather-working, draping, flat patterning, and garment construction.
Tori's training included studying at The School of Historical Dress in London, England and at Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre. As a result of her education in costume history, Tori has been brought on by institutions including Christian Dior Couture, the Thierry Mugler Archives, The Brooklyn Museum, The Victoria and Albert Museum, The Museum of Art and Design, The Museum of Moving Images, and Bard Graduate Center for garment preparation and mounting for collections documentation and photography as well as large scale museum exhibitions.
